Telescoping HD Steering Shaft for 1976-1986 Jeep CJ
Borgeson Universal Telescoping Steering Shafts are a critical upgrade when restoring any vintage Jeep CJ to improve steering feel and drivability.
The overall length can be shortened or lengthened easily by pulling or pushing the two sections. These steering shafts can also be easily dis-assembled and trimmed to fit applications with very tight space constraints. Additionally, these steering shafts add a measure of safety by meeting NHTSA guidelines for collapsibility in passenger cars.
