SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PSC MOTORSPORTS

Job Description:

Sales Representative to maintain account relationships across the off road market.

The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Vehicle Make & Models. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, proven sales ability, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, bilingual (asset) and computer literate. You must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and able to multitask. Off Road & Aftermarket Truck industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients in the selection and design of equipment in response to their project needs.
Prepare all quotes/proposals for clients for submission.
Demonstrate product functionality and system solutions to potential and existing clients.

Required Experience:

3-5 years experience in Sales.
3-5 years experience in Managing Accounts / Client Relationships.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Self starter with exceptionally strong project and time-management skills.
Superior negotiation and presentation skills.
Must have a positive attitude and effective problem solving skills.
Develops trust by displaying honesty, integrity and ethical conduct at all times.
Ability to develop and grow client/vendor relationships with outstanding Customer Service skills.
Demonstrated sales skills in meeting and exceeding targets.

Qualifications:

Education / Training - High school graduate or equivalent GED.
Job Knowledge / Experience - Previous experience desired. Previous supervisory experience desired.
Language / Communication Requirements - Must be able to communicate in English.
Writing Skills - Must be able to write basic business documents in English.
Strong PC skills required: Excel, Word.

Pay is negotiable based on qualifications with commission based opportunities available.

BOOKKEEPING / RECEPTIONITST

Job Description:

The bookkeeping assistant is responsible for entering data into the bookkeeping system, recording incoming checks and cash, performing filing and clerical duties and assist with report generation.

Qualifications:

Prefer an Associates Degree in Business Administration, similar business degree or comparable experience.

Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable systems, experience with accounting software like Quickbooks, proficiency with Word and Excel is required. Accuracy with 10-key data entry is required. An excellent attention to detail is a must. Demostrated ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing, including email, is also required.

INVENTORY CONTROL SPECIALIST

Job Description:

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for all processes relating to material handling, including shipping and receiving functions, material storage, non-conforming items and distribution. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist ensures cost effective, efficient and safe receipt and transportation of goods.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that materials shipped and received are verified against pertinent documentation
Establish and maintain procedures for determining and meeting the organization's receipt and delivery commitments by handling materials and using time effectively
Recommend and assist in implementing operating procedures
Promote continual improvement within the inventory control operation
Follow receiving/shipping methods for materials using the established operations procedures
Resolve emergent issues for expedited deliveries to supporters and others
Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems with receipts and with shipments as needed
Process outgoing mailings for various staff members
Attend meetings as required

Proven ability to multitask, set and manage priorities based on organization requirements
Accurate data entry and computer skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize
Active listening skills
Must be able to read and understand written work instructions

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical training preferred
1 year plus of shipping experience preferred
